This notice is provided under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) for visitors to the 28assist website and for people who contact us through our demo or contact forms. If you messaged a business that uses 28assist through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger or website chat, how that data is processed is explained in our Privacy Policy. 1. Data Controller
The data controller under KVKK is Süleyman Girgin (28sec). 28assist is a technology product provided by Süleyman Girgin (28sec).

2. Personal Data We Process
When you contact 28assist, we may process your name, company name, business email, phone number, the solution you are interested in and any information you share in free-text fields. When you use the site, technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, access time, referring page, cookie preferences and security logs may also be processed.
Please do not share special categories of personal data in the demo or contact forms.
3. Purposes of Processing
Personal data is processed to respond to demo and information requests, contact you, plan our products and services, manage customer relationships, ensure information security, prevent misuse, keep records of requests and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal Grounds and Method of Collection
Data is collected electronically or verbally through website forms, email, phone and digital communication channels. Depending on the activity, processing is based on the legal grounds in Article 5 of KVKK: the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and the legitimate interests of the data controller. Where explicit consent is required, such as for non-essential cookies, your consent is obtained separately.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Data may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with suppliers providing hosting, email, security, infrastructure and technical support services, with authorised public bodies, and with advisers for the purpose of meeting legal obligations. Where data is transferred abroad, the conditions and safeguards set out in Article 9 of KVKK are applied.
6. Retention and Security
Personal data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and to meet legal obligations; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to prevent unauthorised access, loss and unlawful processing.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request its deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of KVKK,
- request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
8. How to Apply
You can submit your request, with your name, surname, information to verify your identity and a description of your request, in one of the following ways:
- by email to info@28assist.com from the email address you previously provided to us and that is registered in our systems,
- by a signed written request sent to our address above.
Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
